Cancellation & Refund

At RhinoNutrition, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

1. Order Cancellation
✅ Before Shipping:

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund.

❌ After Shipping:

Cancellation is not possible once the order is shipped.

You may refuse delivery or initiate a return/refund after receiving the product.

2. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility:
✔️ Unopened/Unused Products: Return within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ Damaged/Defective Products: Report within 48 hours with photos/video proof.
❌ Non-Returnable Items: Opened or partially used supplements (unless defective).

Return Process:
Contact Us – Email/WhatsApp with order details + reason for return.

Get Approval – We’ll verify & provide a return authorization.

Ship Back – Send the product to our warehouse (address shared via email).

Refund Processed – Within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refund Methods:
Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment source.

COD (Cash on Delivery): Refunded via Bank Transfer/Paytm/UPI.

3. Refund Timelines

4. Non-Refundable Situations
