1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping:

Delivery within 3–7 business days (depending on location).

Flat rate or calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping:

Delivery within 1–3 business days (subject to availability).

Higher shipping cost applies.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to India.

4. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your package.

If your order is delayed, please check tracking first, then contact us at support@rhinonutrition.com.

5. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days for assistance.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your package upon delivery.

If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
